MASS AND BREAKFAST IN HONOR OF DECEASED MEMBERS AND FAMILIES ON NOVEMBER 3, 2007

On Saturday, November 3rd, the Father Cyril Karlowicz Council of the Knights of Columbus members and families attended the 9:00 AM Mass for Deceased Knights and family members and afterwards, attended the Council sponsored breakfast in Hanley Hall.  During the Mass, the names of the Deceased Knights and Family Members were read for all to remember in their prayers.  The food catering was done by Shaffers of Woodstock with a wonderful Southern Breakfast.  The speaker of the breakfast was Father Michael Hahn of Mishionhurst in Arlington, who spoke of the three parables of Jesus in the 15th Chapter of St. Luke's Gospel.  The parables of The Lost Sheep, The Lost Coin, and The Prodigal Son, all reflect God's love for all of us and His way of assuring us that He is always with us and will not abandon us in life.  To view photos of those in attendance at the Breakfast, click on KofCBreakfast.
