AWARDS/APPRECIATION SUPPER NIGHT

The Council holds the annual Awards Evening in grateful acknowledgement for all of the hard work that Brother Knights and their wives and families have accomplished throughout the year. It was held in Hanley Hall on Saturday, June 11th. The food was provided by Creekside Plain & Fancy of Edinburg and was well received by those in attendance. The evening was filled with good food, awards, and lots of fun.  Awards given during the evening by Outgoing Grand Knight, Al Benson, and provided by the Virginia State Council of the Knights of Columbus included: Outstanding Newsletter Finalist, received by Editor Dave Fairbank, Knight of the Year Finalist, also received by Dave Fairbank, Family of the Year Finalist, received by Lee and Rita Dieter, Outstanding Young Woman of the Year Finalist, received by Maria Magdalen Owen, and Outstanding Young Man of the Year Finalist, received by Matthew Spiker.
